Year round service

• Regular checks on your holiday home to ensure that everything is ok
• First class communication. Property 4 Sale Turkey can be contacted round the clock via e-mail or phone to answer any questions and keep our clients updated of any works.
• Organise any minor repairs to be carried out in your absence. We will advise you if there are any major jobs needed and arrange quotes for you
• Liaise with your insurance company in the event of any claims
• Pay bills on your behalf
• Act as your representative for any of your guests
• Assist with generating rental bookings

Annual Fees     

• £250.00 for a 1 bedroom apartment  (Fethiye region)
• £250.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment
• £350.00 for 3 bedroom apartment
• £350.00 for a 4 bedroom villa
• £400.00 for a 5 bedroom villa

Property 4 Sale Turkey service

Thorough clean of your property before you or your guest arrives, change of bed linen and ensure utilities are switched on.

• Provide a welcome pack, prices from £10
• Cleaner / maid service including property clean, change linen and towels from £25 per visit
• Member of Property 4 Sale Turkey team greets your rental customers as soon as possible after arrival. Providing information on the accommodation, resort, excursions etc
• Check the property on your guests departure

Transfers & car hire

• We can arrange transfers and car hire for you through our partner ‘Oscar Rent A Car’
