But Kaya itself has a good selection of popular local restaurants and shops approx 1-2km away in the valley below. Beaches within 10km include the famous Oludeniz blue lagoon and Gemiler.

Villa description:
You enter the villa in the grand hallway which connects the original stone house with what use to be its stables but now 2 bedrooms. You have a long corridor with beautiful exposed stone, wooden ceilings and Turkish furnishings in keeping with the past but with your modern creature comforts. This traditional Turkish theme runs throughout this characterful villa. To the left of the hallway you have 2 large twin bedrooms, each en-suite. At the end of the hallway you have a large jacuzzi bathroom downstairs and on top you have the Turkish corner ideal for laying back and enjoying the view. Off the hallway you have the large 50sqm roof terrace which has sun loungers, parasol and breathtaking views across Kaya's Greek settlement (also known locally as the Ghost Town).
You enter the front building on the 1st floor where you have the double bedroom  to one side and staircase down to your living areas. The living room has 3 sofas, comfy armchair, antique coffee table, fireplace, well stocked book case and your tv/dvd. Walking through you have your large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and farmhouse style wooden dining table.Both living areas have patio doors leading to your terrace which has another dining table and chairs ideal for al fesco dining. This leads to your private swimming pool and sun bathing terrace which has plenty of space for 6 guests & landscaped gardens.
